I work at McKinsey & Company where I advise Fortune 500 companies on improving operations through the latest technology and data analytics.

My interests span technology, science, and the humanities. Formerly, I have been a CTO and software engineer at several data-oriented tech startups, a research fellow at the Wharton School, and an instructor in Stanford University‘s Philosophy and Symbolic Systems programs. I received my MS and PhD from Stanford, where my research was on Philosophy & Evolutionary Biology. You can see some of my (admittedly, esoteric) academic papers at philpapers.org. I also studied Computer Science & Philosophy at Tufts University.

I’m originally from Montreal. After long stops in the Bay Area, Boston, and NYC, I now live in scenic Philadelphia.
